Okazaki at IVC-20
Okazaki are pleased to announce that we will be a Gold Sponsor at the IVC-20 Expo in 2016.

Vacuum Process
Our plate heaters provide superior performance and uniform surface temperature under vacuum conditions in Sputtering, Ion plating and CVD devices used in display and semi-conductor equipment.
We are able to provide substrate round hot plates with a surface temperature up to 850°c and uniformity within 1% and also square plate heaters for the large FPD devices.
Semi-Conductors
Okazaki produce a range of products for the semi-conductor manufacturing process which are small, fast and accurate.
Based on our vast experience in monitoring temperatures in high technology applications, we can offer a variety of sensors ranging from temperature profiling of diffusion ovens, to sensors that control the temperature in clean rooms.
Synchrotron and Lightsource
Okazaki produces cutting-edge technology in the fields of Temperature Measurement, Electric Heaters and Metal-Sheathed Mineral Insulated Cables for the Synchrotron and Light Source industry.
